happy weekend runs . . .

I'm pretty sure that I stand a better chance of finishing tomorrow's 5 miles (milder weather, later start, plus it's, well, 5 miles) than last week's 13.1.

Woot.

  1. My "long" run last Sunday was horrible, but when I got home and plugged in the Sportband I realized I'd actually been running faster than my regular tempo runs instead of slower as I should have been, so no wonder it sucked. My goal this weekend: Sloooooow dowwwwn.
