too bad i don't cook . . .

Have I mentioned before that I really don't cook . . . ? 

Between work and run and life, it's just not a thing I deal with.  Of course, even I will occasionally stick a potato in the microwave and heat up chicken (the yummy fresh chili lime kind from Trader Joe's) but I'm not one to fire up the pans.

That said, I realized yesterday that there were all kinds of nifty Trader Joe's cookbooks available.  Huh.

This Skinny Dish one seemed interesting and, despite the name, I think this one might be good, too.
