run walk, not walk walk

Monday training run - 1 mile in 20 min
Pace: 20:18

I'm getting back to it... And having a new run season start last week has helped. I ran intervals for the full run. Granted, it was only 20 min, but lately, I've been just walking a lot instead. 

So - let's call it a success!

  1. Thanks for posting that. I am just getting back into also. Using the tread but still getting back. I work nights 12hr shifts and live in the deep south where it is hot already. Thanks for the inspiration
