excuses excuses . . .

The lamest excuse for not running ever?  Bowling injury.

Yes, the knees are oh so unhappy.  Initial pain post-bowling has dissipated; however, knees are still wibbly-wobbly at random times.  Not condusive to either 5K's or, more importantly, obstacles (even if they are Disneyfied versions of obstacles).

Much sadness...

  1. wow...while this race isn't on my radar, i was hoping for a review because i didn't know anyone else doing it. here's to a speedy recovery though and maybe next year.
