patience

Tuesday weight-training - 30 min

Yesterday was the first day on our new Tues/Thurs cross-training schedule.  I waited out the scheduling through double booked Mondays and Wednesdays (with runs - so rough!)

First Wednesdays switched and now Mondays are cleared... so I'm now officially acheduled at 5 workout days a week.

Good things come to those who wait!
